Outside Sales Reps

NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED SALES PEOPLE... Be your own boss, earn unlimited commissions, and love what you do! We are a highly reputable, A+ BBB rated roofing and construction company, with a trusted brand and a proven sales system.

EARN OVER $120,000+ your first year if you’re willing to work hard and give it your all. Must have experience in roofing sales and identifying hail damage, wind damage and wear and tear on a roof. Must be able to climb a ladder and get on a roof, and an ability to meet with an adjuster on behalf of our clients. Must have your own ladder and cougar paws. (If you do not know what cougar paws are, then you are probably not the person we are looking for!)

We will have regular morning meetings at our office in Trophy Club so you must be able to stop in to our office regularly and as needed.

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Experienced in roofing sales

- Self starters

- Hard-workers

- Professional looking

- Great communicators

- Positive and energetic

- Willing to learn new things

WE PAY $1000+ per job upon the first check collected from the client, or we will give you the option to take a profit percentage instead, if you don't mind waiting on the whole process to finish. (If you are experienced in this industry, you know that each project takes a while start to finish, which is why we have given you 2 options for payments. We can discuss this further in person.)

WE PROVIDE business cards, company clothing and hats if you would like to use them. We will provide a company phone and iPad after 6 months of consistent sales. Additional bonuses, sales incentives, etc. Franchise opportunities available to proven sales people who are interested in training their own teams and creating their own branch of GBR, after 1 year with the company.
