Leon's Homeless Challenge — Nov 2012

'Have You Seen Leon' is the name of Pastor Leon Reyes' homeless journey, where he decided to go voluntarily homeless on the streets of Downtown Dallas in November of 2012. He slept on the streets, in cars, in homeless shelters, and anywhere he could find shelter. Why did he do it? Many reasons...to minister to the homeless and truly understand what struggles they go through on a daily basis, and also to have an experience with God that requires him to depend on God in the most extreme of circumstances. 

Anyone who knows Leon at all knows that he is an intensely passionate person, driven by a love for God and a heart for people, and he will stop at nothing to help anyone who comes in his path. So with plenty of criticism, but mostly with support from his friends, family, and many strangers who followed his journey, Leon took to the streets, aways from his family for an entire month.
